Europe Vacation - Vienna

Ah, Vienna! I don't know if it was because we had been traveling for three weeks (the longest vacation we've ever taken), or what, but I had no desire to walk around the city. Honestly, I was content just to stay in the hotel and catch up on homework. I know there is anything wrong with having those feelings, but I did feel a little guilty. Between me and Zach, I am the person that has to see and do all the things. He is happy to sit in a coffee shop and not do and see much of anything. For this trip, I have tried really hard (and partially succeeded) to make this trip a blend of both worlds. However, for Vienna, I didn't want to see or do anything.

We stayed in Vienna for four nights. If our transportation hadn't already been secured to get to our next destination, I would have suggested leaving earlier. So, we spent most of our time at the hotel working on homework and watching the whole of YouTube (at least that's what it felt like). We walked around downtown Vienna one day and saw...I don't know what we saw. The things I took pictures of where listed as things to see on an app I downloaded. I took pictures only to "prove" we were there. Lame!

If you are reading this thinking that you don't want to visit Vienna because of my experience, I would say that you are wrong. You need to see it for yourself. Vienna is full of art. Zach and I race through art museums. We just don't appreciate it like some other people do. A couple of friends of ours arrived in Vienna the day before we left. They had a wonderful time. It just depends on what you like.

Here are a few pictures I did take....
